Originate, structure, and close institutional borrow relationships across collateralized lending, structured credit, and liquidity products. Build and operate a borrower pipeline, negotiate term sheets, manage KYC/onboarding, and maintain/expand an owned book. Work cross-functionally with Credit Risk, Product, Strategy, and Engineering to operationalize on-chain borrow products and produce reusable playbooks and terms guidance.

Lead product for both the core DeFi protocol (vaults, yield strategies, RWA onboarding) and the consumer StableBank (onboarding, savings UX, KYC, off-ramps). Maintain roadmaps, conduct user research, write clear specs/PRDs, prioritize backlog, and work closely with the CEO and engineers to build 0→1 products at an early-stage startup.

Lead methodology and modeling for causal inference, experimentation, and predictive analytics. Design and evaluate experiments, build production-ready models and evaluation pipelines, collaborate with Product/Economics/Research/Engineering, communicate findings to varied audiences, and document institutionalized analytical practices.

Responsible for translating market requirements into platform capabilities, partnering with business teams and engineers to ensure reliable and scalable product solutions.
