Leads Labcorp’s global proposal management organization, overseeing teams, strategic initiatives, workforce planning, performance improvement, and organizational effectiveness. Partners with senior stakeholders to align departmental strategy with business objectives, develop future leaders, manage resources and risks, and drive change. Uses analytics, financial and operational insights, automation, AI-driven solutions, and emerging technologies to improve scalability and business performance within the Post-Win team.

Build and improve Videa’s People Operations foundation, including onboarding, employee information hubs, policies, documentation, self-service tools, and scalable infrastructure. Identify employee lifecycle gaps, use AI and automation to simplify People programs, and independently turn ideas into useful systems. Partner with the VP of People on experiments and initiatives while gathering employee feedback and improving the overall employee experience.

The specialist may lead the commercial department when the manager is absent.

Conducts high-volume, multi-channel outbound prospecting to benefits brokers, consultants, and self-funded employers. Builds lead lists, sources contacts, personalizes outreach, handles objections, books discovery calls and demos for Account Executives, confirms meetings, follows up on prospects, and maintains accurate CRM records. Monitors funnel metrics and collaborates with sales teammates on targeting, messaging, and prioritization.

Lead human resources operations for a food manufacturing plant, including employee relations, legal and regulatory compliance, recruiting, staffing, succession planning, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, inclusion, labor relations, and safety coordination. Partner with plant and corporate leadership, coach direct reports, support workforce engagement, and ensure safe, high-quality operations.

Designs and implements testing and troubleshooting methods for systems and equipment throughout product development and manufacturing. Develops test procedures, instrumentation systems, fixtures, test-control equipment, and data analysis programs. Leads customer witness tests, analyzes test data, prepares technical reports, and supports quality evaluations and production readiness.
