Serve as primary liaison for a portfolio of enterprise clients, build strategic relationships, drive revenue growth, deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, manage escalations, maintain account plans and CRM records, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate internal teams, and ensure services align with client goals and KPIs.

Frontline support for creators: manage inbound requests, troubleshoot technical issues, document product issues and trends, build support resources, escalate to Product/Engineering, and partner cross-functionally on process improvements.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive retention, renewals, and net revenue growth. Serve as strategic advisor to C-suite stakeholders, identify upsell opportunities using platform data, lead renewal negotiations, mitigate risk, and maintain accurate forecasting and account documentation in HubSpot.

Lead and manage day-to-day SOC operations, incident command, queue health, SLA adherence, QA reviews, playbook governance, team coaching, and operational improvements while reporting KPIs and driving SOC maturity.
