The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for leading clients through their IT transformation journey, developing IT strategies, conducting technology research, and acting as a technical advisor during business reviews. This role focuses on customer advocacy, technical inquiries, risk analysis, and promoting client satisfaction and retention.

Responsible for executing sales strategy, initiating contact with customers, providing application advice on valve products, and generating revenue through sales activities. Develops relationships with customers and collaborates with internal teams for effective sales presentations and support. Monitors sales data and contributes to product planning and forecasting. Attends training sessions and trade shows to stay updated on industry trends. Must live in Central Virginia area.
