Responsibilities include responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat, putting the customer first, meeting productivity goals, identifying opportunities for improvements, and checking in on objectives regularly. The role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work in the East Providence office twice a week, enthusiasm, dependability, initiative, advanced computer skills, and a solid understanding of design software.
