Coordinate and manage training programs, administration, and data reporting for the Capability team. Maintain budget, invoicing, database content, and internal communications. Develop and update tools to support offerings and track data for reporting. Manage course evaluation and schedule. Experience in organization and delivery of training interventions required.

The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for fostering positive relationships between employees and the organization. This role involves addressing employee concerns and grievances, conducting investigations, implementing employee relations programs, and providing support to supervisors and managers. The Employee Relations Partner also plays a role in developing and delivering training programs, mediating conflicts, and monitoring employee morale and engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
