Investigate and manage general liability claims end-to-end, determine liability exposure, meet service and statutory deadlines, negotiate settlements (authority up to $25,000), pursue subrogation, collaborate with internal brands and external vendors/attorneys, and mitigate total cost of risk while maintaining caseload and claims goals.

Lead government affairs strategy across multiple states, representing the company before state leaders, managing advocacy efforts, and collaborating with internal teams on policy developments.
