Translate market insights into business value while leading initiatives across procurement, supply chain, operations, quality, finance, and legal.

Provides strategic legal support to business units and stakeholders, advising on legal concepts, operational risks, laws, and regulatory changes across countries. Prepares documents, gathers information, operates legal systems, and proposes solutions to in-house counsel. Requires independent work, strong communication, problem-solving, project and time management skills, and experience in a multinational corporate environment.

Performs finance planning, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, data collection, reconciliations, and integrity checks under Finance Manager guidance. Supports compliance, ad hoc analyses, process-improvement projects, and continuous improvement initiatives while contributing to a collaborative Finance team.

Manage international employee assignments throughout initiation, relocation, on-assignment support, and repatriation. Serve as a primary contact for assignees and HR stakeholders, coordinate relocation, immigration, tax, and benefits services, and oversee external vendor performance against SLAs. Maintain assignee records, manage weekly invoicing, support policy and process administration, and recommend continuous improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection requirements.

Develops and executes brand portfolio and innovation strategies for chocolate and emerging categories. Responsibilities include annual planning, resource allocation, P&L support, new product and platform development, consumer insights, brand positioning, integrated commercial and marketing plans, and 360-degree communications campaigns. The role partners with cross-functional and regional teams, influences stakeholders, manages business objectives, and supports sustainable revenue and profit growth.

Oversee planning, implementation, and execution of regional and global software and application solutions. Manage internal staff and external suppliers, coordinate budgets and financial controls, follow up on procurement and payments, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure service-level objectives and KPIs are achieved. Support multiple programs and projects while applying technical, integration, business process, and service delivery expertise.
