Partner with strategic account AEs to deliver demos, manage POCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, present to executives, support partners, and provide technical guidance across discovery, evaluation, and proposal stages. Travel up to 30%.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements to design scalable, highly available systems using MongoDB. Advise customers on architecture, run demos/proofs of value, support sales strategy and account planning, generate demand, foster customer success, and mentor peers. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for industrial automation products: deliver presentations and demos, assist sales teams, analyze customer needs, troubleshoot product usage, maintain product expertise, support marketing and product launches, and sustain vendor and customer relationships.
