Provide senior legal counsel on enterprise fraud and scam strategy, advising leadership on regulatory, payment-system, and litigation risks; represent the firm in industry and regulatory forums; support fraud operations initiatives (including AI/ML-enabled detection); guide policy and advocacy; and deliver executive-level legal analysis and strategic communications for regulators, policymakers, and senior stakeholders.

Lead sell-side contract negotiations and contract risk management for managed services engagements. Develop and enforce contract compliance, internal controls, and governance; translate contract provisions into guidance; collaborate with stakeholders to assess and mitigate operational and performance risks. Coach teams, drive process improvements, and represent PwC in complex commercial negotiations.

Support 2–3 trademark attorneys in U.S. and international prosecution, TTAB opposition/cancellation and litigation support, docket and deadline management, client communications, billing, and portfolio administration. Maintain docketing systems, coordinate foreign associates, prepare filings and reports, and provide administrative and team backup in a hybrid office environment.

Provide legal counsel to the Americas business, advising on corporate, contract, employment, regulatory, IP, and IT-law issues (AI, SaaS, software licensing). Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; manage U.S. entity corporate matters and external counsel; support product lifecycle, compliance, and cross-border stakeholders. Report to Global Head of Legal & Compliance and collaborate across regions.

Lead and manage the companys Export Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to EAR, ITAR, OFAC and other sanctions. Oversee classification, licensing, restricted party screening, AES/EEI filings, audits, recordkeeping, and supply-chain due diligence. Serve as primary government liaison, provide training, and support daily transaction reviews and export decisions.
