Lead architecture and development of Moloco's end-to-end creative platform for ad ingestion, transformation, rendering, selection, and serving. Drive new ad format launches, ensure low-latency, reliable global delivery, integrate with SDKs and ML ranking, mentor senior engineers, and align cross-functional teams to improve creative effectiveness and platform extensibility.

As a Platform Engineer, you'll build tools, automate processes, and optimize the developer experience, focusing on reliability and scalability. You'll engage with teams to design and deploy solutions primarily in Go, while improving services continually.

Design, build, and operate secure, scalable infrastructure and automation. Implement backend/frontend services, APIs, and data pipelines; own features end-to-end; maintain CI/CD/IaC; monitor and optimize cloud systems; lead incident response and cross-team reliability improvements.

Work with customers to design, build, and maintain cloud-native build and deployment environments. Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), automation, and scripting to deliver large-scale enterprise web applications. Collaborate with teams to improve reliability, observability, and deployment practices.

Lead end-to-end development of new platform products: design developer-friendly APIs and abstractions, build and operate reliable backend services (auth, rate limiting, quotas, metering) with SLOs, improve performance and reliability, and mentor teammates while collaborating cross-functionally on ML infrastructure initiatives.
