Administer and secure Microsoft identity, endpoint management, device compliance, and corporate infrastructure across hybrid office and lab locations. Manage Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Microsoft 365, MDM, servers, firewalls, VPNs, networks, and wireless systems. Responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines, production operations, releases, configuration management, automated testing, vulnerability remediation, secure SDLC implementation, Tier 3 incident resolution, root cause analysis, and moderate enhancements. Supports Java, Spring Boot, WebSphere, AWS, Linux, and Windows environments while coordinating with DBAs, ISSOs, help desk teams, and program leadership. Participates in Agile planning, release documentation, and production escalations.

Lead and grow engineering organization, set technical strategy and architecture for cloud-native, microservices platforms, ensure high-quality SDLC and predictable delivery, drive DevOps/CI/CD adoption, manage delivery metrics, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder communication.

Lead the architecture and lifecycle of a scalable, secure, multi-cloud infrastructure platform. Standardize AWS and GCP environments through modular Terraform, manage ECS, Lambda, Snowflake, and integrations, implement IAM and OAuth authorization models, and build self-service tooling for engineering and non-engineering teams. Establish CI/CD best practices, improve operational reliability, and enable safe, governed application development across the organization.

Design and evolve Belfry's backend and infrastructure to scale and ensure high availability, security, and performance. Deploy and operate systems, improve monitoring and telemetry, define technical standards across the SDLC, and own challenging projects (e.g., push notifications, architecture changes). Mentor peers and improve development practices.

Supports the availability, performance, and reliability of a global payment platform. Responsibilities include monitoring system health, improving observability, tuning alerts, developing dashboards, investigating incidents, troubleshooting integrations and data-processing issues, and creating automation scripts and AI-powered workflows. The role collaborates with software and infrastructure teams, participates in an on-call rotation, and develops skills in cloud operations, platform engineering, incident response, and responsible AI usage.
