Own end-to-end strategic account governance for enterprise automotive clients, driving retention, profitable growth, and white-space expansion. Lead renewals, contract negotiations, QBRs/EBRs, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination. Maintain account plans, CRM forecasting, pipeline governance, and risk mitigation while ensuring delivery quality and commercial discipline.

Manage retention, renewals, and expansion for a portfolio of customers. Drive upsell/cross-sell, negotiate renewals, run strategic account planning and business reviews, prospect within accounts, forecast pipeline, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and measurable value.
