Partner with sales, advertisers, agencies, product, engineering, and data science teams to interpret results, improve media performance, onboard measurement partners, and build scalable privacy-forward reporting programs and tools. Conduct auction optimization analyses and communicate complex statistical insights to technical and executive audiences.

Build and advance channel intelligence capabilities by collecting and synthesizing customer, retailer, marketplace, competitive, field, syndicated, and commercial data. Develop frameworks, processes, reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations that support commercial growth, program optimization, planning, and decision-making. Partner cross-functionally with field teams, program leaders, clients, and analysts while communicating complex findings through clear business narratives and contributing to organizational capability development.

The Business Analyst validates, reconciles, and analyzes data to support program profitability, performance, and strategic decisions. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, translating them into data-driven solutions, developing Power BI reports, documenting processes, resolving data discrepancies, and improving data collection and operational processes. The role partners with Program Directors and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain data integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment between business and technical teams.

Own Tomo’s data function, strategy, roadmap, platform health, and cross-functional measurement. Build and lead teams spanning data science, analytics, business intelligence, and data engineering. Design experiments, marketing attribution models, SQL queries, and dbt models while maintaining reliable data infrastructure. Partner with Product, Engineering, and executives to improve instrumentation, translate business questions into insights, and establish scalable data processes.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, Delta Lake, Python, and SQL. Integrate and transform data across enterprise sources, optimize performance, implement data quality and reliability improvements, and manage workflows with Azure Data Factory or Airflow. Apply cloud, data modeling, warehousing, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern data solutions.

Conduct competitive intelligence research and analysis supporting RFPs, pitches, presentations, and business development. Develop company, industry, and individual profiles; analyze datasets; maintain legal experience repositories and firm statistics; and create concise marketing deliverables. Use and document AI-assisted research workflows while validating accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with attorneys, business development teams, partners, practice managers, and graphics staff while managing shifting priorities and internal client requests.

Leads product, formulation, packaging, and SKU onboarding across master data and PLM systems. Defines data standards, hierarchies, workflows, playbooks, SLAs, and quality metrics; manages PLM operations, integrations, and system enhancements. Partners with R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Commercial, Quality, and IT to govern product lifecycle data. Manages and develops a small analyst team while building scalable processes and resolving data issues.

Leads GWI’s research and insights strategy across syndicated and custom offerings, develops thought leadership, supports strategic sales, oversees pricing and quality, and manages Research and Insight Services directors. Serves as the senior research representative with clients, executives, and industry audiences; partners with Revenue, Product, and Technology teams to drive commercial growth, innovation, and high-quality research solutions.
