The Forward Deployed Marketing Data Scientist will work with AI customers and engineering teams to optimize AI-driven marketing campaigns through data analysis, diagnostics, and communication of insights to stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data ingestion and ETL pipelines across a growing data lake. Define and enforce data quality standards, SLOs, and validation frameworks. Optimize pipelines for performance and cost, expand monitoring and alerting, and enable stakeholders to self-serve on data infrastructure.

The Business Analyst I will gather and analyze requirements, design business processes, support project management activities, and assist in system testing and support.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, trusted datasets, and reporting systems to support infrastructure deployment, hardware operations, capacity planning, and supply chain analytics. Partner with stakeholders, improve data quality, lineage, and observability, and enable executive reporting, forecasting, and operational reviews. Integrate new telemetry sources and document systems for long-term maintainability.

Design, build, and maintain Snowflake-centered data warehouse and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using IaC and orchestration tools; optimize performance, ensure data quality/security, support analytics and ML, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify trends and root causes, monitor CX metrics (CSAT, CE, FCR), build dashboards and reports, support VoC initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer retention.

Lead development of scalable econometric and causal-inference methods to measure long-term marketplace impact. Design geo and quasi-experiments, integrate causal models into production with ML teams, influence product strategy, and mentor data scientists to elevate experimental rigor across the organization.

Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models, perform ETL with Power Query, reconcile and validate financial data, automate workflows with Power Automate and Power Apps, apply DAX/SQL/Python or R for advanced analytics, and partner with finance leadership to deliver executive insights and identify efficiency opportunities.

Design, build, migrate, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures on Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Implement ETL/data integration, semantic models for analytics, CI/CD, monitoring, security controls, cost optimization, and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business requirements into reliable, compliant data solutions.

Maintain and validate SKU and model-level product data across PLM and merchandising systems, ensure data completeness for market readiness, resolve data inconsistencies, create standards and documentation, partner cross-functionally to improve data integrity, and develop analytics and tooling (SQL/Python/Tableau/Power BI) to support assortment and reporting.
