As a Growth Strategy Analyst, you'll manage sales performance tracking, compensation workflows, and reporting to leadership, aiming to enhance accountability and performance within the Outreach organization.

The Communications Analyst will conduct research and analysis to support client communications, manage projects, and contribute to strategic thinking while utilizing AI tools.

Own gift card activation and redemption reporting, maintain Gift Card P&L and financial tracking, analyze user behavior and trends, build dashboards and reports (CLX, Tableau, IRIS, Power BI), collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Insights, Operations and vendors, and support ad hoc analyses and process improvements to drive program performance.

Manage day-to-day pricing operations and reporting across multiple banners: pull data from the warehouse, run competitive audits, execute price changes, track MAP/MSRP compliance, build dashboards, use AI to automate workflows, and recommend pricing actions to improve sell-through, margin, and working capital.
