Lead corporate and partnership tax compliance and tax accounting (ASC 740) activities, perform tax research and planning, support audits and TRA/Up-C basis tracking, prepare estimated tax calculations, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on complex tax issues.

Lead tax process improvements and digital transformation by gathering and documenting requirements, designing workflows, facilitating workshops, and partnering with IT and BI/AI teams to implement automation and tax platforms. Support project management, change management, KPI monitoring, vendor evaluation, and adoption of tax technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
