The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for onboarding new Cision distribution members and managing accounts for the first few months of membership. They provide multi-channel welcome to new members, drive repeat usage, match needs to products/services, and increase Cision value to clients through interactions. The role also includes quarterly account reviews and customer engagement assessments.
