As the Director of People Operations, you will lead Ethic's People Operations team, overseeing goal setting, budget management, and collaboration with leadership. You will build relationships across the organization, support talent development, manage recruiting and compliance, and integrate sustainability and diversity, equity, and inclusion into all initiatives.
