Partner with Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, Tax, and regional People teams, provide employee support, and drive projects to standardize and automate equity processes.

Lead APAC employer branding to attract senior engineering and commercial talent. Build narratives, localized content, recruiter toolkits, employee advocacy programs, and targeted recruiting events. Maintain digital presence, measure impact with analytics, and partner closely with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional leaders to drive higher-quality hiring pipelines.
