Support HR functions including payroll and administrative tasks, HRIS/PeopleSoft data updates, wellness reimbursements, EEO-1 processing, employee communications, event organization, and new-hire processing.

Serve as front-desk primary contact and provide HR administrative support including maintaining Kronos, payroll/time systems, scheduling site visits, greeting visitors, and using PeopleSoft/ADP and Microsoft Office for HR tasks and records.

Manage payroll processing and timekeeping, maintain employee records and HR reporting, support internal communications and employer branding, organize training and events, coordinate with temp agencies, ensure documentation flow and compliance with procedures and labor regulations.

Provide HR guidance to managers and employees, manage recruitment and staffing, administer HR programs, coach on performance and policies, maintain employment law updates, oversee HR staff and metrics, and support employee engagement.

Provide Dayforce Time & Payroll technical support and configuration, maintain WFM modules (pay policies, accruals, time entry, scheduling), audit system/security, build/maintain reports, perform regression testing and upgrades, and act as SME for stakeholders and vendors.
