Lead full-cycle recruiting for technology and business roles (software engineers, engineering leaders, TPMs). Source diverse candidate pipelines, advise hiring managers, manage offers, leverage recruiting data, and drive talent strategy and process improvements.

Coordinates planning, logistics, and execution of virtual and on-campus university recruiting events. Partners with university events leads and recruiters to deliver strong candidate experiences, communicate event details, prioritize high-volume work, and support event operations during peak recruiting season. Manage end-to-end timekeeping and payroll administration with minimal supervision. Review payroll calculations, ensure timely submission, analyze HRIS and payroll system interfaces, prepare gross-to-net and finance reports, conduct root-cause analysis for Tier 2 cases, and resolve employee payroll and timekeeping queries through case management tools.
