As the Director, HR PMO at Peloton, you will lead the HR project management office, oversee the portfolio of initiatives, manage a team of project management professionals, and contribute to the strategic direction of the People team. You will work cross-departmentally to achieve successful delivery of HR programs and projects. Your responsibilities include leading the Quarterly Business Review process, managing resources effectively, identifying and resolving risks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
