The Director, HR Business Partner will lead and coach a team of global HR Business Partners and Workplace Experience team members. Responsibilities include overseeing global HR and office space matters, performance management, organizational development, culture and leadership, HR programs, practices, and efficiency, as well as office culture management. This role requires managing both strategic priorities and tactical execution on a global scale for an international organization.
