The Senior Manager, HR Process Improvement will drive continuous improvement in the execution of HR processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and risk tolerance levels. Responsibilities include mapping out complex processes, identifying opportunities, creating documentation, and managing improvement activities in partnership with HR subject matter experts.

The Principal Product Owner on the HR Technology team will partner with the Human Resources, Compensation, and Benefits business leaders to ensure the outcomes for a product are delivered that meet the requests from stakeholders while managing change impacts of the deliverables to other business and processes.

Partners with senior business leaders to identify and implement development solutions, leads the development of metrics to ensure employee growth and alignment with business goals, manages risk and escalates issues, conducts research on industry standards and designs learning interventions, establishes development expectations for key roles, and manages relationships with business leaders and HR consultants.
