Build talent pipelines, maintain ATS records, track sourcing metrics, leverage AI and sourcing platforms, research talent markets, and partner with TA Advisors and Hiring Managers to meet hiring SLAs and support employer branding.

Design and deliver learning programs aligned to business needs; conduct training needs analysis; facilitate workshops; evaluate training effectiveness; manage Oracle Learning Cloud and vendor relationships; support L&D and organizational development projects.

Lead end-to-end redesign and standardization of HR processes and HR Service Delivery to improve efficiency, compliance, automation, KPIs, and employee experience. Conduct current-state assessments, design future-state workflows, implement automation with HR platforms, develop process architecture and governance, and drive change management and stakeholder alignment.

Lead redesign and standardization of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, drive continuous improvement and automation using Oracle HCM and ServiceNow HRSD, build reporting and dashboards, partner with regional People Ops and HRIS/HRIT to deliver system enhancements, and drive adoption of scalable HR service delivery and self-service solutions.

Manage HR operations across Brazil and Latin America including employee lifecycle transactions, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, case management (ServiceNow), data integrity, audits, process improvements, reporting, and project support to ensure compliant, efficient, high-touch employee experiences.

Lead and deliver regional learning and development programs across Latin America. Assess learning needs, design and adapt training, facilitate multilingual sessions, evaluate effectiveness, manage vendors and LMS partnerships, coach trainers, and lead organizational development and change initiatives aligned to business priorities.
