The Human Resources Generalist at Bose will support HR activities, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance, fostering a productive and engaging workplace culture within the Detroit Automotive Hub.

Provide US Employee Relations support across business units: investigate workplace concerns, advise on disciplinary actions and involuntary terminations, support RIF planning, maintain ER case records and reporting, partner with HRBP, Legal, GBS and IT, and drive process improvements for the shared services model.
