Administer global leave of absence and workplace accommodations end-to-end, manage sensitive employee cases with discretion, design and run wellness programs and vendor relationships, partner cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Payroll and Benefits, build scalable LOA processes and reporting, and analyze leave data to inform People leadership.
