Execute transactional HR operations across the colleague lifecycle (excluding recruitment): data and job changes, leave administration, benefits and compensation support, HR reporting, controls, separations, case management, stakeholder liaison, and continuous process improvement to ensure timely, compliant, and positive colleague experiences.
