Leads Pfizer’s global executive recruiting strategy for VP-and-above and sensitive roles. Oversees end-to-end executive searches, talent mapping, candidate assessment, executive search firm partnerships, compensation collaboration, succession pipelines, and senior stakeholder advising. Manages 3–5 executive recruiting staff and partners with enterprise leaders, HR, Total Rewards, and Legal.

Lead HR business partnership for Pfizer Japan, delivering HR programs, labor relations, change management, M&A support, coaching leaders, deploying initiatives, and improving HR processes and tools.
