Document departmental procedures and standardize processes by creating manuals, SOPs, work instructions, presentations, and video training modules. Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning personnel, maintain training resources and project boards, identify content gaps and future training needs, develop curricula, and edit and format learning materials. The role is onsite Monday through Friday in Santa Ana, California.

Manage the full lifecycle of contingent workers, ensuring compliance, vendor relationships, and budget tracking while improving HR processes.

Own and configure the Workday Learning module and support broader Workday HCM. Manage learning programs, integrations, security, reporting, and release testing. Partner with Talent Development and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, provide tier 2/3 support, build learning reports/dashboards, and drive process improvements and change management.

Manage end-to-end recruiting coordination for PSA Japan: candidate sourcing and outreach, interview scheduling, structured interview rollout, HRIS transactions, agency and contingent-worker coordination, offer negotiation and closing, onboarding/offboarding administration, and talent-pipeline strategy and analytics to improve candidate experience and hiring outcomes.

Coordinate end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for Germany: manage candidate communication, schedule and coordinate interviews and on-site assessments, maintain ATS data hygiene, support compliance with German employment law and GDPR, drive process improvements, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Drive the evolution and management of high-volume recruiting, optimizing processes and systems to support 500+ annual hires across multiple domains, while collaborating with senior leadership.
