Serve as the senior HR partner to Operations leadership, leading People Business Partner (PBP) strategy and a team of PBPs. Lead workforce planning, org design, talent calibration, senior leadership development, expansion workstreams, and advise on complex people risk and workplace issues. Drive consistent, high-quality people support across a high-volume, rapidly scaling operations organization.

Senior individual contributor to design and operate Workday HCM processes and data integrity, drive SOX audit readiness, own reporting and analytics, operationalize policies and benefits, eliminate manual work through automation, and define the operating model for a new Business Process & Systems function supporting a rapidly scaling People Operations organization.

Operate and improve North America employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leaves), maintain Workday data integrity, handle Tier 1/2 inquiries, partner with Payroll/Legal, enable federal contract readiness (E-Verify, recordkeeping), and design automation and process improvements to scale hiring and operations.
