Supports Real Estate Operations by maintaining project systems, analyzing data, identifying automation opportunities, and developing learning roadmaps and training programs. Creates training materials, coaches managers, communicates development resources, evaluates training outcomes, updates operational reports, supports learning platform implementation, and serves as a subject matter expert for REO systems and operations. The role requires collaboration, confidentiality, strong communication, computer proficiency, and travel for on-site training.

Lead governance, optimization, compliance, and performance of health, welfare, retirement, and well-being programs. Analyze utilization and regulatory requirements (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA), partner with HR/payroll/finance/vendor stakeholders, lead improvement projects, support audits and vendor governance, and develop communications to enhance colleague experience.

Lead organizational assessments, change enablement, and talent development for a multi-year branch transformation. Design and deliver leadership development, succession planning, training, and data-driven program measurement. Partner with senior leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to align workforce strategy with business goals and drive adoption of new operating models.
