As a Director, HRBP, you will partner with executives, drive organizational change, manage stakeholders, deliver HR programs, and support talent development, focusing on business goals and cultural integration.

Serve as strategic HR business partner for Motion Capture, Research & Insights, and Global Services. Lead day-to-day labor relations for a unionized MoCap workforce, interpret and ensure CBA compliance, investigate grievances, support contract negotiations, and drive HR program execution (performance, compensation, headcount tracking). Coach leaders, support workforce planning and recruiting, and liaise with HR COEs and People Ops to deliver integrated HR services.
