Partner with business leaders in India to develop and execute people strategies, support organizational design and workforce planning, manage employee relations, guide performance and talent development, and drive engagement initiatives. The role also oversees Indian labor-law compliance, HR policy improvements, HRIS usage, and information security responsibilities while collaborating with the US People Business Partnership team.

Lead full-cycle technical recruitment for healthcare technology roles (software, data, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity). Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning, sourcing, and employer branding. Maintain ATS data, metrics, and compliance (HIPAA/GDPR). Drive DEI, market intelligence, and onboarding for mid-to-senior hires in a matrixed global environment.

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities in India, including onboarding, benefits and leave administration, HRIS data maintenance, payroll support, compliance, HR ticket resolution, documentation, training support, and contributing to HCM implementation and ISMS alignment.

Manage monthly payroll processing, validate employee inputs, ensure statutory compliance, resolve payroll and tax queries, support audits and inspections, maintain reports and documentation, and contribute to payroll automation and HCM integrations. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT while providing backup support to the Payroll Head.

Lead development and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training for service operations staff in US healthcare payer processes. Design training materials, perform quality audits, coach employees, analyze performance data, produce leadership reporting, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive process improvements and automation while supporting information security practices.
