Own end-to-end leave administration for U.S. employees: manage intake through return-to-work, ensure compliance with federal/state leave laws, coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams (Payroll, Employee Relations), maintain records in Rippling, support reporting/audits, and improve leave workflows and employee experience.

Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (primarily for the Tech team), manage ATS data integrity, communicate with candidates, support onsite interview logistics, maintain SOPs and training materials, and assist Talent Operations projects to improve candidate experience and processes.

Design, run, and scale Grow's early talent programs including engineering internships, New Grad conversion, and a University of Waterloo co-op. Own end-to-end campus recruiting, offer management, intern experience, mentorship alignment, and program metrics. Partner with Engineering leadership to create scalable processes, measure outcomes, and continuously improve program quality and conversion.
