The Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic HR counsel to leaders, aligns people strategies with business goals, and drives core HR programs across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced global environment.

Manage straightforward workplace investigations end-to-end, provide day-to-day ER guidance to managers and HR, coordinate Occupational Health and workplace support across EMEA, support policy development, training, separations and reporting, and maintain confidential case records.

The Employee Relations Specialist will handle investigations into employee relations issues, coach HR teams, manage performance concerns, and analyze ER trends while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
