The Employee Relations Specialist will handle investigations into employee relations issues, coach HR teams, manage performance concerns, and analyze ER trends while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.

Coordinate interview logistics (on-site and virtual), manage candidate travel and reimbursements, maintain ATS (Greenhouse) processes and scorecards, troubleshoot ATS issues, communicate with candidates and hiring teams, and support TA operations and research projects.
