Serves as the strategic HR partner for leadership teams across three global labels. Leads workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, compensation guidance, change initiatives, employee relations, compliance, people analytics, HR programs, and budget alignment. Requires strong stakeholder influence, senior-level HRBP experience, multi-jurisdictional employment law knowledge, and experience supporting HR as a client function.

Analyzes and administers compensation programs, including market benchmarking, job matching, salary structures, compensation planning, survey submissions, reporting, and annual global compensation reviews. Maintains compensation data in HR systems, supports HR Business Partners, prepares communications and training materials, conducts ad hoc analyses, and contributes to process improvements. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and data accuracy skills, with four days in the office and potential local travel.

The Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic HR counsel to leaders, aligns people strategies with business goals, and drives core HR programs across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced global environment.

Manage straightforward workplace investigations end-to-end, provide day-to-day ER guidance to managers and HR, coordinate Occupational Health and workplace support across EMEA, support policy development, training, separations and reporting, and maintain confidential case records.
