Lead HR for NBCUniversal Mexico across three locations, partnering with business leaders to align local HR strategy with global priorities. Serve as the primary HR partner for a Canadian (Quebec-focused) workforce: advise leaders on employee and labor relations, workforce planning, hiring strategies, immigration support, compliance with Quebec and federal employment and privacy laws, administer leaves and health & safety programs, manage employee relations and change management, and align HR processes with US teams while ensuring bilingual (EN/FR) communications.

Lead HR technology work for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, partnering with HR, vendors, and engineering to configure, test, support, and optimize HRIS solutions. Manage projects, create reports, design authorization models, produce RICEF specs, adopt vendor releases, and provide after-hours production support to ensure holistic HR systems and integrations.
