Own and optimize Taskrabbit's HR tech stack, implement AI-driven HR automation, build Rippling workflows, create automated people analytics dashboards, govern HRIS data quality, manage compensation data pulls and ad-hoc reporting, and lead vendor RFPs and contract negotiations to scale People operations.

Serve as a strategic HR business partner for European and Support teams, advising leaders on performance, employee relations, compliance, and talent development. Lead end-to-end people programs, analyze regional trends to improve retention, manage complex ER cases with EOR vendors, and provide day-to-day HR support across channels while driving change management and culture initiatives.
