Advise managers and associates on HR issues, collaborate with HR centers of excellence, and drive inclusive talent strategies aligned to business goals.

Lead a team to design, develop, and modernize learning experiences for operations associates. Champion AI integration, apply learning science and human-centered design, partner with stakeholders, run a Design CoE, track learning performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement to improve frontline operational KPIs.

Perform compensation analysis for semi-annual cycles and large cross-functional projects; benchmark pay against market; model program impacts; support Workday testing, budget reporting, vendor relationships, and advance compensation market intelligence through automation and process improvements.

Design and manage domestic/international benefits and well-being strategy, leverage AI and data to improve engagement and delivery, own vendor technology roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze metrics and manage benefits financials to optimize value and retention.

Support high-volume recruiting operations including interview scheduling, offer administration, onboarding, background checks, and candidate communications. Maintain ATS and Workday records, manage shared inbox inquiries, provide timely data and stakeholder support to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for Enterprise Products and Experiences, advising leaders on workforce planning, org design, performance management, leadership development, and change management. Build relationships with stakeholders and partner HR functions (recruiting, compensation, people analytics, D&I) to deliver aligned people strategies, coach managers on leadership and performance issues, and support inclusive culture and talent initiatives.
