Design and deliver end-to-end learning products for technical audiences. Partner with stakeholders and SMEs, apply learning science and UX, create digital multimedia assets, use data to iterate, and manage multiple initiatives to drive measurable business impact.

Lead day-to-day administration, compliance, and vendor oversight for the 401(k) plan (ASP). Ensure ERISA/IRS compliance, prepare Form 5500/8955-SSA, audit recordkeeper invoices, manage plan programming and disclosures, analyze large datasets for management reporting, incorporate AI for reporting efficiencies, and mentor junior team members.

Design and deliver high-impact, AI-enhanced learning for auto sales teams. Create video scripts, courses, simulations, digital games, and microlearning for Slack/Google Suite/Cruiser. Turn classrooms into practice-focused workshops, integrate xAPI analytics, partner with SMEs, and measure behavior change and business outcomes.

Partner with HRBPs to coordinate and deliver talent and performance processes, manage project workstreams, build custom HR data reports, support leader-facing materials, and improve HR systems and associate experiences.

Lead a team of event leads to design and execute national recruiting partnerships and events, optimize event technology and candidate experience, measure impact, and partner with business stakeholders to attract diverse early-career talent.
