Provide end-to-end logistical and operational support for leadership and competency learning programs, executing virtual and in-person events, managing calendars, mailboxes, budgets, vendor administration, LMS registrations, and communications. Coordinate AV, room setups, travel logistics, printing, and swag while maintaining program documentation and data pulls to ensure seamless participant and stakeholder experiences.

Manage day-to-day benefits operations including timely computation of associate benefits, resolving benefit inquiries, coordinating with HMOs and government agencies for enrollments and terminations, providing logistics support for HR programs and events, and participating in HR sub-function rotations.

Deliver and adapt high-stakes enterprise learning experiences for cross-functional audiences. Serve as a trusted facilitation partner, diagnose and resolve program gaps end-to-end, translate classroom insight into product improvements, and coach/mentor other facilitators to raise facilitation quality and standards.

Manage day-to-day payroll and timekeeping: process and audit eTime data (hours, overtime, differentials, holidays), assist reconciliation and reporting, respond to payroll inquiries via Salesforce, support HR projects/events, and rotate across HR sub-functions as needed.

Manage site recruitment end-to-end, lead and coach recruiting team, design sourcing strategies, monitor recruitment metrics and financials, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure onboarding and staffing targets are met.

Design and deliver learning products for technical audiences across the organization. Lead end-to-end instructional design using learning science and UX principles, collaborate with SMEs, iterate via MVP testing, measure impact with data, and manage multiple initiatives with minimal oversight.
