Manages budgets, communications, vendor relationships, Google Sites and Drives, training coordination, compliance monitoring, issue escalation, and process improvements. Partners with stakeholders to enhance associate experiences and operational efficiency across Commercial, Finance, and Investment Banking programs.

Lead People Strategy & Analytics initiatives focused on building an AI-ready workforce. Manage analysts, develop attrition and retention models, analyze workforce trends, shape hiring and reskilling strategies, and deliver executive-level recommendations. Coordinate cross-enterprise programs, governance forums, and talent initiatives while partnering with HR and business leaders. Coach team members and communicate insights through data-driven storytelling to influence workforce decisions.

Manage compensation programs through consulting, benchmarking, job evaluation, market analysis, pay modeling, and recommendations. Analyze program competitiveness and impacts, develop compensation proposals and educational communications, and advise senior leaders, managers, associates, and HR partners on compensation initiatives and guidance.
