Lead regional recruiting for Sales (GTM) and cross-functional corporate roles across Europe. Partner with executives, source and hire senior talent, manage hiring plans, track data-driven metrics, build scalable sourcing campaigns, and occasionally supervise others during high-volume periods.

Lead and conduct workplace investigations, manage reasonable accommodation requests, support policy and handbook updates, deliver anti-harassment and regulatory training, track ER metrics, analyze trends and recommendations, and proactively support employee relations programs across Snap.

Manage U.S. employment-based immigration cases (nonimmigrant and immigrant), coordinate green card workflows, ensure compliance and audit readiness, partner with external counsel and internal stakeholders, drive process improvements, and educate recruiters and leaders on immigration policy and operations.

Owns end-to-end execution of Snap's compensation planning cycles (base, bonus, equity); leads compensation program design and rollout; partners cross-functionally; implements AI-enabled workflows; conducts benchmarking and analysis; builds enablement materials and supports equity operations to improve employee experience.
