Provide core HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, data maintenance, benefits and payroll assistance, ticketing-system support for employee queries, and process improvement initiatives. Ensure accurate HR records, timely payroll/benefits submissions, and a high-quality employee experience while working closely with the People team in the Tallinn office.
