Provide strategic employee relations guidance to business leaders and People teams on investigations, performance management, misconduct, leaves/accommodations, and policy interpretation. Lead Workday Absence configuration and enhancements; partner with HR, Payroll, and developers to scope, test, and launch HCM/absence solutions, build reports, maintain security and org structures, and document business requirements.

Support employees across the lifecycle using Workday and Zendesk; manage HR compliance filings (EEO-1, CA PDR, AAPs); create employee-facing knowledge via internal AI/productivity tools; perform UAT, testing, and audits; execute complex Workday EIB data changes; drive cross-functional process improvements and champion company culture.
