Lead top-of-funnel sourcing across EMEA and APJ for Go-to-Market and Engineering roles. Build market maps, generate and engage passive and niche candidates using advanced sourcing tools, cultivate long-term pipelines, coach recruiters, partner cross-functionally, and use data to measure and improve outreach and conversion.

Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized hardware engineering roles (electrical, power electronics, embedded hardware, avionics, PCB, RF). Partner with engineering leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning, build proactive sourcing pipelines, manage multiple complex searches, improve recruiting processes and tooling, mentor junior recruiters, and deliver high-quality candidate experience.

Senior Recruiter responsible for end-to-end hiring across APJ, focusing on senior, niche, and hard-to-fill engineering and go-to-market roles. Design regional sourcing and hiring strategies, forecast needs using data, act as employer-brand ambassador, and partner with international TA and cross-functional teams to scale new market entries.

Coordinate interviews across APJ (and occasional US time zones), manage complex calendars, arrange candidate travel and itineraries, support visa documentation, maintain TA system records, serve as candidate contact, and assist recruiting operations and reporting to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior engineering leaders to build high-performing technical teams. Drive people strategies, talent architecture, leveling, workforce analytics, and scalable HR systems across global People functions supporting software, AI/ML, product, and platform engineering.
