As a Lead Sales Recruiter at Zocdoc, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, support staffing for Sales and GTM teams, and improve candidate experiences through effective partnerships and data-driven strategies.

Own day-to-day administration of employee benefits (health, retirement, leave, FSAs/HSAs, COBRA), serve as primary employee contact, audit eligibility and invoices, support open enrollment and compliance (ERISA/ACA/COBRA/HIPAA/FMLA), develop employee documentation, and identify automation opportunities to improve the benefits experience.
