Leads enterprise-wide AI adoption by owning AI literacy and training programs, workforce transformation, change management, adoption metrics, communication materials, and reusable enablement playbooks. Partners with business, technology, and AI portfolio teams to address adoption barriers, redesign roles, and align organizational readiness with the AI roadmap. Coordinates cross-functional contributors without direct supervisory authority.

Support development, delivery, and administration of learning and development and career-growth programs. Facilitate training (in-person and online), manage LMS tasks, coordinate logistics and schedules, track enrollments and completion, support stakeholder communications, vendor relationships, and OD outreach, and collaborate with team members on projects and reporting.
