Owns the production and scaling of company-wide learning, capability, and culture programs. Responsibilities include managing learning program intake and delivery, administering the LMS, creating learning materials, facilitating sessions, developing culture programming, embedding cultural expectations into onboarding and performance processes, and using employee listening data to guide programming. The role partners across the organization and requires strong organization, communication, design, facilitation, and program-building skills.

Lead execution of performance enablement and talent programs, iterating on Windmill rollout, designing bi-annual reviews, building manager coaching and upskilling, managing promotions/talent planning projects, tracking program budgets, and partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous feedback and employee development.

Own day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of the Workday HRIS, including configuration, testing, data validation, compliance (SOX), and advanced reporting. Partner cross-functionally to gather and implement system requirements, create process documentation and training, troubleshoot issues, and identify automation and efficiency improvements to support HR operations.

The Compensation Lead will manage compensation functions, analyze issues, refine programs, and partner with leaders to ensure equitable pay and compliance.
