Own employee experience programs across the employee lifecycle, including engagement surveys, survey analysis, action planning, dashboards, onboarding, succession planning, manager training, and exit feedback. Manage people programs, vendors, budgets, timelines, and impact measurement while advising leaders on engagement, culture, talent, and employee development. Present insights to senior leaders and partner with HRBPs, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, communications, and global stakeholders.
