Support global People Operations and Total Rewards by managing onboarding, I-9/right-to-work checks, Workday transactions, employee lifecycle data integrity, audit documentation, inbound People requests, and maintaining resources. Drive a smooth employee experience and surface AI/automation opportunities.

Serve as strategic HR business partner to global R&D (engineering, product, design). Advise senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and succession. Coach managers, handle complex employee relations, use people analytics to inform decisions, drive participation in talent programs, and partner with cross-functional People teams. Act as individual contributor with potential to build and lead an R&D People team.

Manage office administrative operations and front-desk reception; enforce security protocols; coordinate vendors, events, internal communications, and local culture initiatives; partner with People, Inclusion, IT, legal, and executive teams; streamline local processes and support branding and office projects.
