Lead SharkNinja's global Learning & Development practice and oversee US Talent Acceleration delivery. Build multimodal learning design, learning technology, measurement, and signature onboarding/leadership programs. Lead a matrixed US tX team, partner with business leaders, deliver regional execution, and prove learning impact through data while embedding AI-enabled approaches.

Manage day-to-day execution of talent acceleration programs across learning, leadership, performance, and culture. Build plans, timelines, and workflows; coordinate logistics, systems, and communications; create scalable playbooks; partner with HRBPs and business leaders; track impact and reports; surface risks; guide program resources; and use data and feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Lead strategy, operations, and global expansion of SharkNinja's early talent programs. Build and lead a team, manage program budgets and vendors, oversee recruiting and university relations, design cohort operations and performance frameworks, drive intern-to-hire conversion, partner with executives, and use data and AI-enabled tools to measure and scale program impact.
