Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for Product & Technology leaders and HRBPs. Own new hire offers, internal equity reviews, leveling, out-of-cycle requests, and end-to-end compensation cycle execution. Lead market benchmarking, budget modeling, competitive intelligence, and global compensation projects. Build benchmarking methodologies, comp tools, and manager enablement materials. Partner closely with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and People partners to provide market insights, recommendations, and drive cross-functional compensation initiatives.

Generate passive candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles globally. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and coordinators to screen, qualify, and document candidates, maintain data integrity, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience while adapting sourcing strategies across business priorities.
