Manage day-to-day HR operations for ~400 France employees: payroll preparation and closings, personnel administration, benefits, onboarding/internal mobility/offboarding, produce HR documents, support managers and employees, and coordinate with external payroll provider and Finance to ensure compliance and excellent employee experience.
